TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order on our online shop www.lordgioielli.it, the Customer declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale described on this page.

You can request any information from Lord Gioielli through our assistance services in the "Contacts" section, or by sending an email directly to: orders@lordgioielli.it or through our Whatsapp channel present at the bottom left of the site.

The offer and sale of products on our website www.lordgioielli.it are governed by the conditions of sale listed below valid for each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products. The order confirmation by the customer constitutes acceptance of the conditions of sale that you are reading.

Prices

The prices of the products that you will find for sale on our site are expressed in a very clear way: the prices are expressed in Euro currency and include taxes.

For subjects who request it, an invoice will be issued as long as it is requested at the time of the order (using the notes field), with the indication of the customer's VAT number and the relative SDI or PEC billing code.

In case of payment by cash on delivery, additional costs are applied for collection, which the customer must pay directly to the courier upon delivery.

Product quality guarantee

The products are purchased directly by the Seller from the manufacturers. The Seller does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

The technical characteristics of the products are presented on www.lordgioielli.it within each product sheet. The images of the products are purely indicative and therefore not binding: the external appearance may differ from that shown in any product photograph, but only in the case of renewal of the packaging by the manufacturer.

All purchased products are guaranteed against any defect that prevents their correct use, in which case we will replace them at our expense. The customer is required to check the integrity of the package and its contents and immediately report any anomaly through the "Contacts" section, or by sending an email directly to: ordini@lordgioielli.it

PURCHASE

Purchase procedure

To buy on www.lordgioielli.it once you have chosen the product you want to buy, just click on the button Buy, placed next to the desired product image. By doing so, the selected product will be added to the cart. Each new item added to the cart will be indicated by updating it.

Once you have selected all the products to purchase, you can check the summary of the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart icon located at the top right of the site. In your cart you will find a summary of everything you are about to purchase with the total in Euros including taxes and duties and any contribution for shipping, where you can, if necessary, remove or modify the product or change the quantity.

At any time you can:

- obtain a summary of the selected products by clicking on the "Cart - View Cart" button;

- continue with your purchases by simply closing the cart;

- modify or delete the quantities ordered in the summary of the selected products

- conclude the selection of products and order them by clicking on the "Check-out or Purchase or Confirm order" button.

If you are a new customer, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page: just fill in the form with all the data. If you are already registered, just enter your email and password.

Then you will find the steps "addresses"> "shipping method"> "payment".

Before proceeding to forward the purchase order, the Customer is required to read these conditions of sale and to tick the box "I accept the Conditions of Sale" (the ones you are reading at this time). Then click on the button Complete your order in order to send us your order, which will be processed by upon receipt of payment.

The placing of the order implies the automatic acceptance of these conditions of sale by the customer. After proceeding to confirm the order, the customer will receive a summary email confirming the receipt and acceptance of the order by Lord Gioielli srl, where you will find all the information on the products purchased with the relative detailed prices including all taxes or applicable taxes, shipping costs and the type of payment chosen. We recommend that you keep this email for any future requests and / or communications. In case of payment by bank transfer, the email will indicate the data necessary to make the payment.

The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.

The registered buyer can access the order form by consulting the section "Account".

Lord Gioielli srl reserves the right not to confirm an order if the data are incomplete or incorrect to process the order correctly, or due to unavailability of the requested products.

In this case, within 5 working days from placing the order, we will notify you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Lord Gioielli srl has not carried out the purchase order, specifying the reason. In this case we will refund the price of the products and, if all the products purchased are not available, also the shipping costs incurred by you.

Account

You can register at www.lordgioielli.it by creating your personal account:

click on "Register" or directly from the form relating to the "Order Confirmation" under the heading "Create an account".

To register you will need to fill in the dedicated form precisely, in particular with: name, surname, e-mail address and date of birth. You will then have to provide your email address and enter a password of your choice, which will be personal and confidential and which you will need to subsequently access your personal account on www.lordgioielli.it

Registering on the site with a personal account entitles you to numerous benefits and access to a personal area where the following are listed:

- personal data

- orders placed (history, and shipping details for each order)

- shipping and billing addresses

- manage personal data (GDPR)

Discounts and promotions

At Lord Gioielli you can find discounts and / or promotions that may not follow some of the points described in these conditions of sale and / or may constitute separate regulations. The methods and timing of these promotions are therefore linked to the individual case and communicated from time to time to customers in a clear and unequivocal manner.

Discount / coupon codes

Discount / coupon codes allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on www.lordgioielli.it

Once you have placed the items in your cart, enter your Discount / Coupon Code in the "Apply" box and click Add. The discount will automatically apply only to items included in the promotion used.

The discount voucher cannot in any way be converted into cash. It is not possible to use multiple discount coupons in the same order.

Changes and / or cancellations

If after confirming your order you want to add, remove or replace products, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible with your name, surname and order identification number and we will try to fulfill your request.

Don't wait too long! Orders are usually processed in 24-48h and once processed and shipped it is no longer possible to make changes.

Unavailability of products

The products sold on www.lordgioielli.it are subject to variations in availability.

Lord Gioielli may vary at any time the quantity or types of products, and undertakes the obligation to promptly inform you when one or more products are no longer in stock in your order due to any stock errors or other problems.

In the event that one or more products are definitively out of stock or unavailable at the supplier, it will be our responsibility to reimburse the amount paid, and if all the products purchased are not available, also the shipping costs incurred by the buyer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by:
- Paypal and VISA, Mastercard, PostePay credit cards (or other enabled prepaid cards).
- Cash on delivery (Italy only): cash payment to the courier upon delivery. This mode is valid only for shipments in Italy and has a additional cost of € 4.00 including VAT.
- Advance bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, once the order has been confirmed we will send you an e-mail with all the useful data to make the payment. From the moment you confirm the order you have 3 days to make the transfer; after this deadline, if the credit is not made, the goods you have ordered will be put back on sale and you will receive an order cancellation notice via e-mail. Please note that orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped only upon receipt of credit.

Payment Security

Payments by credit card are made through Paypal's secure servers, which offer maximum security. If you choose to pay for your order by credit card, you will be directed to a Paypal page, in which to proceed with the payment you must enter your card number and related data. Your card number will travel encrypted only from your computer to the Paypal circuit. It will never pass on our server and will not be registered or stored by us, thus making it impossible to intercept and use it in any other fraudulent way, neither during nor after the purchase.

In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the number of the credit / debit card or the date of its expiry) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the selected payment system, which provides the relative services of remote electronic payment, without third parties having access to it in any way.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Shipping fees

Lord Gioielli ships all over the world. Shipping costs in Italy are € 6.10 including VAT for orders of less than € 39.00. For orders over € 39.00 shipping is free. Processing and shipping times are on average 48/72 hours.

Delivery time

The shipment of the ordered items will take place as soon as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (Saturdays and holidays excluded); if this is not possible, for example due to products temporarily out of stock, or if your data is incomplete, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Normally Lord Gioielli srl ships already on the day of receipt of the order (For orders placed before 11:00).

In special cases or in periods in which numerous items are on promotion, "Lord Gioielli" may take 3-4 working days to better process your order (check the payment, prepare the packaging, find any missing pieces, etc.) before to make the shipment.

Delivery times may vary according to the area that the courier will have to reach, and delays may occur in the event of a carrier strike, exceptional bad weather events, particularly disadvantaged areas, etc.

Tracking of the shipment

"Lord Gioielli" ships throughout Italy and around the world through DHL; you will receive by email the Traceability Code - Tracking Code to track the status of your shipment.

In the event of your absence at the courier's passage, a second delivery attempt will be made the next day, leaving the passage notice slip in your mailbox. If you find the coupon in your letter box, you must contact the courier's branch to agree on the return or any deposit stop.

Sign with reservation: When the courier delivers the goods you have ordered, first of all check that the packaging is intact. Even if the latter is intact, please still sign with reserve on the transport note (subject to control). In fact, if the packaging is intact, but not the goods inside, without the signature "with reserve" there will be no possibility of initiating a dispute against the courier.

Simply write WITH RESERVE next to your signature.

In the event that once the package is opened there are missing items or broken products, the first thing to do is to contact us at ordini@lordgioielli.it to agree together on the return of missing or damaged products or the refund of the sums paid.

The order is delivered to the address indicated by you in the "Delivery address" form, provided that it is included in the authorized delivery areas.

Always make sure that the packages can be delivered without difficulty: provide all the necessary information in the online order form, check it is correct and leave a telephone number so that the courier can contact you in case of need.

Failure to deliver and charge for shipping costs

Lord Gioielli is not responsible for failure to deliver the package for reasons independent of its business (recipient repeatedly absent, address indicated in the wrong order, etc.) and reserves the right to charge the recipient the costs of shipping, storage, return to the sender if, despite the reminders, the recipient continues to be untraceable or refuses the package.

It is always necessary to contact the Seller to authorize deferred deliveries and / or changes in the delivery address (variations allowed only within the same Municipality), otherwise the payment of the higher costs requested by the courier will be required.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal in Italy is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (article 64 of the Consumer Code) which Lord Gioielli adheres to. Under this legislation, you have the right to return products purchased on the site www.lordgioielli.it within 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the ordered goods.

To return or replace the items purchased you must first send an email to ordini@lordgioielli.it, indicating the order identification number and the request for a refund or replacement. Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds are subject to acceptance by Lord Gioielli Customer Service.

At the end of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the products, they will be considered as conforming to the order and accepted by the Buyer. At that point, no refund will be possible by way of withdrawal or exchange of the goods.

Return: once the return is authorized by us we will provide you with a return identification number which will be written on the box together with the shipping address: Lord Gioielli Srl, Corso Roma 80 - 74016 Massafra (TA). At this point you can proceed with the shipment.

The shipping costs for returning the products are always charged to the customer.

Replacement: if you decide to replace one or more products you can agree with us and decide to replace them with the same items or with other items of equal value. Lord Gioielli reserves the right, always agreeing with you, to provide for the replacement of the items directly in the next order you want to make or to directly refund the amount paid at the time of order.

Reimbursement: in case of withdrawal and cancellation of the order, the refund is made by crediting a purchase voucher (coupon) that can be used on the website www.lordgioielli.it within 3 (three) months from its date of issue and sent by email to the customer. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item or within 15 (fifteen) days from the moment in which the Buyer expresses his will to cancel the order, in writing by sending an email to ordini@lordgioielli.it

The returned products must be perfectly intact, must not be opened and must be without signs of wear or tampering and complete with any accessories or original equipment. In case of return of tampered or damaged products, Lord Gioielli reserves the right not to accept the package and to return it to the sender, charging him the transport costs incurred. The package travels under the responsibility of the customer who must pack the package properly, in order to avoid breakages or spills of products. In case of damage resulting from transport, the package will be returned to the sender with the charge of the shipping costs incurred.

Summary of the procedure to follow:

Send an email to ordini@lordgioielli.it with the request for return, replacement and / or refund, indicating the products in question. Lord Gioielli will accept or reject the request by email and possibly by contacting you by phone to agree on the terms of return and / or refund.

In case of acceptance of the request by Lord Gioielli, you can arrange to send the original package to: Corso Roma, 80 -74016 Massafra (TA).

The return will not be accepted if the original packaging has been used, decellophane, unsealed, opened, broken, marked.

In the event of a product returned in conditions other than the initial ones, Lord Gioielli reserves the right to invoice the Purchaser for the costs incurred for the re-packaging of the product.

DISPUTES

For criminal and civil disputes deriving from the conclusion of the distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of the municipality of residence of the customer.
